A recent
2018 Job Outlook Survey found that only 41% of employers ranked
current
students as proficient in oral/written communications which is one reason
why the HSSD
believes communication is a critical element in the success of our
students
regardless of post high school graduation plans. Communication is an
important
component of our District Profile of a Graduate.
