How to sign up for - PARENT/TEACHER CONFERENCES

Sign-up begins:  10/21/19 (12:01AM)
Sign-up concludes:  11/1/19 (11:59PM)
(After 11/1/19, you will need to contact teachers directly for sign up)

Parent/Teacher Conference dates & times for Bay Port are as follows:
• Tuesday, November 5th           4:00PM-7:30PM
• Thursday, November 7th         4:00PM-7:30PM

1. Access the HSSD TEESO homepage:http://www.teeso.com/hssd/   or click on the link in our website/newsletter.
2. Click on “Parent/Teacher Conferences”
3. Enter your username & password
• Username:  Your primary email address that you provided us at the beginning of the school year.
• Password:  hssd
***It is strongly suggested that once you are logged in that you change your password
     for confidentiality purposes.
4.  Click on the “Log Me in” button

***TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS***
• If your email does not work, try your work or other parents address
• If you do not have access to a computer at home, you are encouraged to use a computer at your local public library.  If you do not have an email address or did not provide us with one, call please 662-7239 for assistance.

5.  BAY PORT HIGH SCHOOL.   Make sure this box is checked
6.  Hover over the HSSD Conferences arrow to the left of page and click on”sign up”
7.  Click on the teacher’s name. Scroll down to see a list of available dates/times-
         decide which time/date works for you and click on “Available”
After you are done with scheduling your conference(s):
• Click on “View/Print Family Schedule” at the top of the page
• Print this out and use as a reference for your schedule for conference night
• If you wish to cancel or change a conference simply click on your current time and follow the directions listed.
